Preparation

1. Knead the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of apricot liqueur. Then mix the flour with the baking powder, add and knead everything into a smooth dough. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
2. Now roll out the dough and cut out stars, one half with an inner star, the other half without an inner star.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes and let cool.
4. Then sprinkle the stars with the cut-out inner star with powdered sugar. Mix the apricot jam with 2 tablespoons of apricot liqueur and spread the jam on the cookies without the inner star. Finally, always place a sugared star on top of a star covered in jam.
