Preparation

1. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal with the apple juice and milk. Place in the fridge for at least two hours, but preferably overnight, so that the oatmeal can soften in the apple juice and milk.
2. Take the muesli out of the fridge and put half of the strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds into the bowl and mix well. Then stir in the yoghurt and sliced ​​apples and season with cinnamon and honey. It's best to put it back in the fridge for another half hour.
3. Finally, take the finished muesli out of the fridge and garnish with the remaining strawberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds. Sweeten with cinnamon and honey to taste and decorate with mint leaves.
