Preparation
1. First, beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently fold in the sugar and flakes until it forms a fluffy mass.
2. Now use two teaspoons to place small heaps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake them at a low heat (approx. 150 °C top/bottom heat) for approx. 20 minutes.
Tip:
Instead of just placing the coconut macaroons on baking paper, you can also spread them out on small wafers.
