Preparation

1. Rub the bread slices with garlic on both sides, then grill for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Clean the spring onions and quarter them lengthways. Place 2 slices of bacon next to each other, overlapping. Place a quarter of onion and a sausage on each of the bacon and wrap it tightly with the bacon.
2. Then place the sausages on the grill for about 8 minutes, turning them several times. Do not grill them too hot, otherwise the bacon will become too crispy and the sausage may still be raw.
3. Spread mustard on the bread slices and place the grilled sausage on top. If you like, press the bread slice together lengthways in the middle so that the sausage can be eaten from your hand like a hot dog.
