Preparation

1. Salmon (without skin and bones) season with salt and pepper.
2. Grate 1 stalk of lemongrass with a Grate with a fine grater. Mix with 2 tbsp olive oil and brush the salmon with it.
3. Wrap the salmon with the lemons. To do this, place a slice of lemon on each side of the salmon and wrap and tie with natural string.
4. Cook directly on the grill at medium heat (180 °C) with the lid closed for approx. 15 minutes.
