Preparation
1. Mix the quark, flour, eggs, salt and sugar into a smooth dough.
2. Then place the plancha grill plate on the grill and heat it with a little butter. Then put some batter on the grill plate and fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Repeat steps until there is no batter left.
3. To serve, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fruit of your choice.
