Preparation

1. First, wash the peppers, cut them lengthwise and remove the core.
2. Now bring 200 ml of salted water to the boil. Take the pan off the heat and add the couscous while stirring. Leave to swell for 2 minutes in a closed pan. Mix in the butter flakes and finish cooking over a low heat for about 3 minutes. (Or leave to swell according to the instructions on the packet.) Crumble the feta and cut the onion into fine cubes.
3. Now it's time to mix the feta, olive oil, onions, couscous and herbs together and season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Then fill the mixture into the peppers.
4. Now sprinkle the stuffed peppers with the feta cheese seasoning. Finally, heat up the grill. Place the peppers on the hot grill and grill over indirect heat with the lid closed as much as possible until the peppers and cheese are soft. Remove from the grill after about 15 minutes and serve hot.
