Preparation

1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and mix with the breadcrumbs and allow to soak in.
2. Finely dice one of the two onions and the small garlic bulb, then wash, dry and finely chop the bunch of parsley. Also cut the pointed peppers into thin slices. First, sauté the onions in a small pan with a little oil until translucent, then leave to cool.
3. Next, add the minced meat, the diced onion and garlic, the parsley and the mustard to the breadcrumbs and egg mixture and mix with your hands until it forms a firm mass. Then season the minced meat mixture with the spices and add the translucent onions. Then form them into hand-sized cakes.
4. Finally, halve the remaining onion and fry it with the meatballs and pepper slices in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown.
