Preparation

1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
2. Line a roasting pan with hay, spray the hay with water and place the chicken on top. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
3. Melt the butter and mix with the spices. Rub the chicken all over with the spiced butter.
4. Put the roasting pan with the chickens in the preheated oven, after about 30 minutes spray the hay with water again, brush the chickens again with the spiced butter and then turn the temperature down to 180 °C. After another 20 minutes the chickens are ready.
